EnglishFOR SOME CHANGES IN DECISION NO. 453, DATED 23.6.2005, OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS, “ ON THE APPROVAL OF THE EQUIPMENT’S LIST THAT USE OZONE DEPLETING SUBSTANCES WHICH ARE PROHIBITED TO BE PRODUCED OR IMPORTED, SO AS THE RULES AND PROCEDURES OF THE SUBSTITUTION OF THE OZONE DEPLETING SUBSTANCES IN THE EXISITING EQUIPMENTS” AMENDED
Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and point 1 of Article 35 of Law no. 10431, dated 9.6.2011, “On Environmental Protection”, as amended, with the proposal of the Minister of Tourism and the Environment, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
In decision no. 453, dated 23.06.2005, of the Council of Ministers, as amended, are made the changes as follows:
1. Everywhere in the content of the decision, the term “Ministry of Environment” is replaced with “Ministry of Tourism and the Environment”, and the term “Minister of Environment” is replaced with “Minister of Tourism and Environment”.
2. In point 2 of the appendix “Application Form for License Equipment for Ozone depleting Substances”, attached to the decision, the word “NIPT” is removed.
This decision enters into force after its publication in the Official Journal.
