Workshop “Women in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning sector” – organized in cooperation with Agricultural University of Tirana, 25 November 2021

This workshop was organized by NOU in cooperation with Agricultural University of Tirana, Faculty of Agriculture and Environment. It was attended by 36 female students and lecturers and all of them received “Certificates of Attendance”. The activity was organized under the special support of the Prof. Leonidha Peri, Dean of the Faculty of Environment at UMB University. In the design and implementation of workshop program, NOU has considered the specific characteristics and needs of the target audience, the anti-Covid-19 measures approved by the Government, and has involved the appropriate stakeholders.

The participants in the activity were very interested in the role of women. However, most of them confirmed that it was the first time they heard and discussed about this topic. This activity served for their awareness, for the role as future environmental engineers, in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector. UBT requested that this cooperation continue in the future.
