Activities at the “ Turgt Ozal” College

Now it is a tradition the organization of varied activities in the occasion of 16 September. This activity was organized in three main directions: Knowledge competition with the topic: Protection of Ozone Layer. In this competition participated pupils of 8^th grade, which were divided in two groups named respectively UV and O3. The questions directed from the teacher Marta Skenderaj and the answers of the pupils showed the work of the teachers and pupils in making them learn deep information on this topic. The pupil’s answers were judged by a jury made up by representatives of the pedagogic staff, representatives of NOU and specialists from the refrigerator’s sector. In the end of the competition the pupils were awarded certificates, for the participation in this competition, as a symbolic present. Paining exhibition and competition: In one of the rooms of this college was held the exhibition directed by the talented teacher of figurative art, Mrs. AferditaRiveni, who worked with the pupils for a long time in order to realize an exhibition with pupil’s painting works. This exhibition was in continuation of the one opened a year ago where once again was clearly noticed the great number of works from pupils of grades 6 up to 9. In the pupil’s paintings prevailed the love for a healthier life, their desire to protect it and the message for a common effort toward this direction. To evaluate the works of the pupils was set up an assessment commission which with great difficulty selected the winners. Let’s celebrate together Ozone day 2016 was the activity that followed which gathered in the concert hall a great number of pupils. Directors of the schoolgreeted the efforts of the pupils for their achievements and their goals in progress. Also representatives of NOU appreciated the efforts up to now of the pupils of this school and also committed for further cooperation. Together with the choir of the school all the pupils present in the hall sang altogether the Ozone song. This activity was also transmitted in the main news edition in RTSH (Albanian Television)
